Composition

Description
White, uniform ointment with a characteristic odor.
Colorless, transparent gel with a characteristic odor.
Pharmacological properties
Combined drug for topical use. Heparin prevents the formation of blood clots, has anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory action, improves local blood circulation.
Allantoin has anti-inflammatory action, stimulates metabolic processes in tissues and promotes cell proliferation.
Dexpanthenol improves heparin absorption, stimulates tissue epithelialization and granulation.
Indications
Thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins; Trophic ulcers of the shin (for ointment); Sports injuries, tendovaginitis, inflammatory infiltrates.
Usage rules and doses
externally, independently of age. Apply a layer of ointment 5 cm long on the affected areas 1-3 times a day, do not remove it. In the treatment of venous diseases, the drug is used in the form of ointment diapers. In trophic ulcers, the ointment is applied in the form of a ring about 4 cm wide.
The gel is applied in a thin layer, removed with light massaging movements from top to bottom (massage is not required for thrombosis and thrombophlebitis).
In diseases of the veins of the lower extremities, the ointment is applied with light cleansing movements from bottom to top, single-dose removal is recommended not completely, but in separate favors.
Side effects
Allergic reactions (skin rash, skin hyperemia, urticaria, angioedema).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, violation of the integrity of the skin surface (for the gel), infected lesions of the skin surface.
Pregnancy and lactation
The drug should be taken during pregnancy and lactation if the expected benefit to the woman outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or breast-fed baby.
Storage conditions and dates
Store at a temperature of 15-25 o C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf life: 3 years.
Cannot be used after the expiration date indicated on the package.
