Description: Beclomethasone dipropionate (INN modified) or beclomethasone dipropionate (USAN, formerly BAN) is a potent glucocorticosteroid. It is a prodrug of beclomethasone (INN) in free form. Inhaled form (eg Clenil, Qvar), there are many brands used for asthma prevention. As a nasal spray (eg Beconase, Alanase, Vancenase) is used to treat rhinitis (eg hay fever) and sinusitis. In some cases, it is used by oral pathologists to treat unusual aphthous ulcers.
Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat many types of bacterial infections, especially those caused by gram-negative organisms.
Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication commonly used to treat fungal infections (both in humans and other animals), such as vaginal yeast infections, oropharyngeal candidiasis, and ringworm.
Indications :
Forderm cream is indicated for mycoses, dermatitis, eczema, neurodermatitis, epidermatophytosis, inguinal hernia, otomycosis, mixed vaginitis, vulvitis and colpitis between the fingers and other fungal skin infections, vaginal candidiasis, pyogenic skin disease.
Apply to the skin like a cream. Apply to the affected area two or three times a day.
Contraindications :
Forderm cream is contraindicated in patients who have hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, have tubercular and viral skin disease. Do not use in eyes.
Dosage and method of use:
Dermatophyte infections: treatment for at least one month.
Candida infections: treat for at least two weeks.
Method of administration: apply directly to the affected area. Wash hands after application.
