Pharmacological properties:
Tobramycin is an antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group, which has a broad spectrum of antibacterial action against gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms: Staphylococcus (st. aureus, st. Epidermidis) as well as Penicillin-resistant strains and some groups of A. pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, e. coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most of the species Proteus Vulgaris, Haemophilus influenza.
Dexamethasone belongs to the glucocorticosteroids, which have anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and desensitizing effects. It is also characterized by anti-exudative and immunosuppressive action. Dexamethasone quickly extinguishes inflammatory processes and causes virtually no sodium and water retention in the body.
The drug in combination with antibacterial components reduces the risk of developing infectious processes.

Indications:
blepharitis;
Conjunctivitis;
Keratitis (without damage to the epithelium);
Prevention of postoperative infections.

Method of administration and dosage:
1-2 drops in the lower eyelid every 4-6 hours.

Side effects:
Hypersensitivity and allergic reactions, conjunctival hyperemia.
Secondary infections, increase in intraocular pressure.

Contraindications:
keratitis caused by herpes simplex;
Viral infections of the conjunctiva and cornea;
Mycobacterial infection of the eye;
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Not recommended when removing a foreign body from the cornea.
Not used for eye injections.

Pregnancy and lactation:
The drug is recommended only when the beneficial effect of the treatment outweighs the risk of possible adverse effects on the fetus.
Breastfeeding: In this case, treatment should be discontinued.

Storage conditions:
The drug is stored at a temperature of 8-30oC, out of reach of children.

Shelf life - 1 year; After opening the vial or tube - 1 month.
